WHY BV COM!CS?

Blade, Black Panther, Storm, Luke Cage, Falcon, War Machine, Bishop, Cloak, Goliath, Ultimate Nick Fury, Spawn, Cyborg, Steel, Green Latern (the black one), Afro Samurai, Static Shock, Obama.

Im sure I left off some, but c'mon... the world could use some more black superheroes. (Hancock, you do not count). Hell, maybe just more minority superheroes (Minoriteam, you do not count).

Of course more "black superheroes" is not the only reason why create my own comics. I simply love storytelling in graphic form (usually with a little humor and alot of fighting), plus I love to draw & illustrate (& design). I love how this simple medium can translate to so many different forms of entertainment to reach so many different people, from tv & film, to toys & video games. Maybe one day my comic creations will be able to translate as well. Even if they don't, ill still keep makin 'em. (is this where I say " 'Nuff Said"?)

Artwork: Iron Man


 I finally forced myself to stop touching up this Iron Man piece. It has been done for the most part for weeks, but have been adding various details and experimenting with different techniques. Time to move on now though, so here ya go.

I'll post a better quality version on DeviantArt in a bit. P.S. May 7th can't get here fast enough.

 Done for the Design-A-Character (DAC) group, Goku Re-imagine Challenge @ deviantart.com. It's basically classic Goku with a Rasta style, dreads, and one really long dread instead of a tail. Im working on a Super Saiyan version too that is being inspired by how Jason Momoa looks.

 Comic artist Chris Bachalo hooks Method, Ghost, & Rae of Wu-Tang with 3 diff & equally ill (even though I think the Method Man one is my fav) album covers. Makes me wanna but the album 3 times. Continue reading to check out the other versions

...then came the comic-themed cover art. If that wasn’t enough, each member got his own special collector’s edition variant cover that. Meth, depicted as a fire-fisted badass, dropped first. Then came Ghost, pimped out on a thrown. Now, Rae’s cover, which features the Chef putting in work with his blades, has been unleashed. With all the covers unveiled, we just want to know one thing: Which cover do you think is the dopest? [xxl]
